He is a Board Director at leading edge companies including STC Solutions, Middle East and SophiaTX in Europe. He is helping drive Saudi Vision 2030 focused on increasing local GDP.
Hani has been a guest speaker and panellist on thought leadership at TM Forum, Procurement Leaders, CIPS and European Institute of Procurement Management and introduced Digital Culture, Supplier Enabled Innovation, RPA and a host of initiatives to the region. He loves coaching leaders and helped change the culture at STC moving them from 4th to 1st quartile.
Hani is a former Lucent Technology Company engineer and has been a senior executive for over a decade, winning multiple awards from across the world for transformation. Through his work, he has managed spend of over $20 billion and saved organisations billions of dollars. Transformation is where he thrives, taking STC Procurement from 4nd to 2nd quartile in 3 years.

Emmanuel Augustin is the Head of Procurement & Strategic sourcing of Aggreko Power Solutions. Over the 5 years he has been at Aggreko, he has held positions of increasing levels of responsibility.
As the Head of Department, Emmanuel is responsible for oversight of the Procurement & Strategic Sourcing functions and manages a staff of 44 procurement professionals spread across Asia, Africa, Eurasia, Latin America and Middle East.
Emmanuel has accumulated an extensive practice of the procurement business thanks to the positions he previously held. He began his career at the automotive manufacturing with Volkswagen Group in France where he was responsible for the Sourcing of Aftermarket parts and Accessories.
In 2006, he joined Honda of the UK Manufacturing where he led Best Cost Country Sourcing and supplier development programs for Chassis division of new models. He then joined the pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines in Belgium as a Senior Sourcing Group Manager responsible for R&D Services & Equipment.
Emmanuel has been an active member of the CIPS MENA branch in Dubai holding the role of Vice-chair of the committee between January 2016 and December 2017. In August 2017, Emmanuel has been awarded with the CIPS fellowship grade. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Bordeaux and a Master’s degree in Innovation & International Purchasing from KEDGE business school.
